Welcome to DreamDex. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use DreamDex.

1. About DreamDex

DreamDex is a virtual card-pack (gacha) platform where users can open digital packs, collect virtual cards, and trade them with other users. All items on DreamDex are virtual and hold no real-world monetary value.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use DreamDex. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions, referrals, or platform mechanics is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

4. Virtual Items

  • All cards, coins, and collectibles on DreamDex are virtual items.
  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • DreamDex reserves the right to modify, remove, or rebalance virtual items at any time.
  • Drop rates for card packs are displayed transparently on each pack's detail page.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
  • Exploit bugs or glitches instead of reporting them.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Engage in real-money trading of virtual items outside the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All card artwork, designs, logos, and platform content are the property of DreamDex and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

DreamDex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss of virtual items due to technical issues, unauthorized access, or platform changes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to virtual items and account data will be revoked.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of DreamDex after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
